Membership in PGST is by calendar year. Dues received after November 1st will be applied to the following year. Annual dues of $20.00 (USD) includes three issues of Polish Footprints and the current Surname Index. Your dues covers the cost of postage to any U.S. destination. Please inquire about the additional cost of mailing publications to other countries.

You can join PGST by filling out the online membership application, printing it out and sending it with a $20.00 check or money order to the address listed on the form.
